【職務内容 / Job Responsibility】

PlayStationのネットワークサービスおよびソフトウェアに関する商品企画・推進業務をご担当いただきます。コンシューマー向けのUX設計から、ゲーム開発者向けSDKの提供まで携わっていただきます。

  • サービス企画
    • ゲーム体験を拡張するサービスの企画
  • 要件定義・仕様策定
    • ソフト/ネットワーク機能の要件定義
    • UI/UX、API仕様、データ連携の設計
  • SDK・開発者体験の設計
    • ゲーム開発者向けSDK/APIの企画
    • 開発者が使いやすい環境・仕様の設計
  • 開発チーム連携・推進
    • ソフト/サーバ開発チームとの連携
    • 技術・スケジュール・品質の調整
  • サービス改善・運用
    • 利用データ・フィードバックに基づくサービス改善
    • ユーザ体験および開発者体験の品質向上

    • オンラインマルチプレイにおけるセッション管理機能
    • ゲーム向け Cloud Storage サービス、およびリーダーボードサービス

  • 当部署では、PlayStationのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、サービスに関する商品企画およびプロダクトマネジメントを担っています。世界中のゲームプレイヤーにより良い体験を提供するだけでなく、ゲームクリエーターが開発しやすい機能や基盤を提供し、ゲーム制作を支援する役割も果たしています。
  • 製品の企画立案や要求仕様の策定から、市場投入・ユーザーへの提供に至るまで、エンドツーエンドで責任を持つチームです。アメリカ、イギリスをはじめとする海外拠点と日常的に連携する、非常にグローバルな職場環境です。
  • 入社後は担当領域のプロダクト企画・推進を担いながら経験を積み、将来的にはより広範囲にわたりプラットフォーム全体へ影響を与える役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。

【応募資格（必須要件）/ Must Requirements】

▼経験 / スキル

以下①②いずれかのご経験

①コンシューマー向け・ゲーム向けネットワークサービス・ソフトウェアの Product Manager として、3年以上の業務経験

②プラットフォーム事業におけるシステム・ソフトウェアのProduct Manager として、3年以上の業務経験（PF事業例：デジタル系コンテンツのストア、動画配信、EC、決済、交通系など）

 

▼語学力

  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル（高度な文書作成・社内外調整が可能なレベル）
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル（資料読解、海外メンバーとのメール、会議でのプレゼンテーションが可能なレベル）
    ※業務上、海外とのやり取りが発生します

【歓迎スキル・経験 / Nice to Have】

  • ゲーム業界、ゲームコンソールに関連した業務経験
  • API / SDK を提供するプロダクトの Prodcut Manager 業務経験
  • 小規模な Prodcut Manager チームを率いるマネージャー・リーダー経験
