本ポジションは、PlayStation 製品に関する取扱説明コンテンツの企画・制作を担う組織に所属します。 

日本・米国・英国の3拠点で構成されるグローバルチームであり、設計、開発、各地域のリーガルやサポート部門と連携し、ハードウェアおよびシステムソフトウェア、関連サービスに関するマニュアルを中心としたコンテンツを制作し、グローバル市場へ提供しています。 
私たちは、世界中のユーザーが製品を正しく理解し、安心して使用できるように、正確で分かりやすい情報体験の提供をミッションとしています。 

その基盤としてStructured Authoring（DITA）を採用し、再利用性・拡張性を意識したコンテンツ制作と、継続的なプロセス改善に取り組んでいます。 

専門性を持つメンバーで構成され、各担当領域において業務を推進しています。 

【職務内容 / Job Responsibilities】 

PlayStation製品に関する取扱説明コンテンツの企画・制作を担当いただきます。 

本ポジションでは、コンテンツの企画、情報設計およびライティングに加え、関係者と連携しながらリリースまでの一連の業務を推進していただきます。 

具体的な業務内容 

  • PlayStation製品に関する取扱説明書、ユーザーガイドなどの制作 

  • 英語コンテンツの日本語へのローカライズ／トランスクリエーション 

  • 担当領域におけるコンテンツの企画、制作、レビュー、リリースの推進 

  • DITA XMLおよびOxygenを用いたStructured Authoringによるコンテンツ制作 

  • 再利用性・拡張性を考慮した情報設計およびコンテンツ構造の設計 

  • 設計・開発などの関連部署との連携によるレビュー調整および品質担保 

  • 海外拠点（米国・英国）との連携による業務推進 

  • Gitを用いたコンテンツ管理およびバージョン管理 

  • 用語、スタイルガイド、ドキュメント標準に基づく品質管理 

  • 制作プロセスおよびコンテンツ品質の改善提案・推進 

  • 将来的にプロジェクトのリードを担うことを想定 

【応募資格（必須要件）/ Must Requirements】 

  • 取扱説明書やユーザーガイドなどのテクニカルコンテンツの制作経験 

  • コンテンツの企画、制作、レビューなど一連の業務を自走して推進できる能力 

  • 英語での業務コミュニケーション能力（メール、チャット、オンライン会議など） 

【歓迎スキル・経験 / Nice to Have】 

  • DITA XMLを用いたコンテンツ制作経験 

  • Oxygen XML AuthorやOxygen XML Editorの使用経験 

  • AEM SitesやAEM Guidesの使用経験 

  • Git等を用いたコンテンツ管理・バージョン管理の経験 

  • 情報設計やコンテンツ構造設計の経験 

  • 制作プロセスやコンテンツ品質の改善に関する経験 

  • グローバルチームとの協業経験
