We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and being part of a supportive, team-focused environment. If you have a friendly attitude, are eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems, this role could be for you.

At Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing, we’re committed to creating an environment where team members from all backgrounds can thrive, feel included, and build rewarding careers.

Why You’ll Love Working at Sierra

We offer a wide range of benefits that support different life stages and personal needs:

  • 1 Week of PTO

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Year-round stable work

  • Bonus opportunities and performance spiffs

  • Leadership and personal development programs through Nexstar Network

  • ServiceTitan technology to support your success

  • Ongoing hands-on training

  • A clean, professional workplace

  • Frequent team meals, appreciation events, and celebrations

  • On-site gym

  • Supportive culture with respect, collaboration, and growth at the center

We’re intentional about building a work environment where people feel safe, valued, and welcomed.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them feel supported, understood, and taken care of. You’ll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and communicate with both customers and technicians.

You don’t need HVAC knowledge — we’ll teach you.
You don’t need years of experience — we train and develop people.

What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls with warmth, clarity, and patience

  • Listen to customer needs and provide helpful solutions

  • Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)

  • Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling

  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation

  • Support positive customer outcomes and help ensure customer satisfaction

  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching

  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented call center environment

What Helps You Succeed

(We encourage different skillsets and backgrounds — if you meet most of these, please apply)

  • Clear and friendly communication

  • A helpful and empathetic approach to customer service

  • Comfort working on a computer and learning software

  • Ability to multitask in a busy, team-focused environment

  • Positive mindset and willingness to learn

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Pay Range: $18 – $21 per hour
Additional earning opportunities through bonuses and performance spiffs.

Minimum Qualifications

We keep these limited and essential:

  • Age 18 or older

  • Ability to provide professional and courteous customer communication

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Experience with ServiceTitan or call center operations is a plus — but not required.

We invest in training, growth, and development — and we welcome candidates who are early in their customer-service careers or transitioning from other industries.

Why This Role Matters

As a CSR, you help create trust and connection with our customers. Your voice, tone, and customer care leave a lasting impression — and help families feel confident in choosing Sierra.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
