The Role (What You’ll Own)

This role is more than clearing drains—you are diagnosing issues, preventing future problems, and creating trust with every customer interaction.

You will:

• Diagnose and clear drain issues using professional equipment
• Perform drain cleaning, jetting, and basic plumbing repairs
• Educate customers on findings and recommend solutions
• Deliver a professional, 5-star experience on every call

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

• Perform drain cleaning, snaking, and hydro-jetting
• Identify root causes of drain issues (blockages, breaks, buildup)
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Customer Experience

• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Build trust through professionalism and transparency
• Represent Sierra’s brand in every home

Performance & Accountability

• Meet productivity and performance expectations
• Take ownership of results and continuously improve
• Follow pricing and service processes

Standards & Consistency

• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Accurately document work in ServiceTitan

What We’re Looking For

• 24+ years old with valid driver’s license and insurable record
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
• Drain or plumbing experience preferred (1–2+ years ideal)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
