This role is critical to our plumbing team—you are the expert responsible for identifying underground and internal pipe issues, providing clarity, and helping guide the right solutions.

The Role (What You’ll Own)
This role is more than running a camera—you are diagnosing problems, providing clarity, and helping customers understand what’s happening inside their plumbing system.
You will:
- Perform camera inspections to identify issues within drain and sewer systems
- Diagnose problems and document findings clearly
- Educate customers and team members on recommended solutions
- Deliver a professional, 5-star experience on every call
Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution
- Perform sewer and drain camera inspections
- Identify root causes of issues (breaks, offsets, blockages, root intrusion, deterioration)
- Capture clear video/photo documentation of findings
- Work alongside drain technicians or plumbers to confirm solutions
Customer Experience
- Explain inspection findings in a clear, simple way
- Build trust through transparency and professionalism
- Represent Sierra’s brand confidently in every home
Performance & Accountability
- Meet productivity and performance expectations
- Take ownership of diagnostic accuracy and job outcomes
- Support team revenue opportunities through accurate findings
Standards & Consistency
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and job sites
- Accurately document inspections and notes in ServiceTitan
- Follow all safety and company procedures
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, drain techs, and managers
- Support team goals and contribute to a high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For
- 24+ years old with valid driver’s license and insurable record
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
- Camera inspection or plumbing experience preferred: ____________________
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
