We're looking for a Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, communicates with confidence, and creates an outstanding customer experience on every service call.

This role is more than fixing plumbing issues—you are the face of the company in the customer's home, responsible for building trust, educating homeowners, and identifying solutions that improve the comfort, safety, and efficiency of their plumbing systems.

  • Training Pay (4–6 weeks): $18.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)

The Role (What You'll Own)

This is not a high-pressure sales position.

Your success comes from building trust, educating homeowners, and providing solutions that genuinely improve their homes.

You will:

  • Diagnose residential plumbing systems
  • Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
  • Provide professional recommendations
  • Generate opportunities (TGLs) for larger plumbing projects when appropriate
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Service & Diagnostics

  • Diagnose residential plumbing issues
  • Perform plumbing repairs and service work
  • Troubleshoot water, drain, sewer, gas, and fixture problems
  • Ensure repairs meet company quality standards

Customer Experience

  • Build rapport with every homeowner
  • Clearly explain findings and available solutions
  • Deliver a consistent five-star customer experience
  • Leave every home clean and respected

Performance & Accountability

  • Generate Tech Generated Leads (TGLs) for replacement opportunities
  • Take ownership of productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development
  • Maintain strong closing ratios through trust and education

Communication & Teamwork

  • Communicate with dispatch and management
  • Complete accurate ServiceTitan documentation
  • Maintain inventory on assigned vehicle
  • Work collaboratively with install teams and comfort advisors

Standards & Consistency

  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
  • Wear company uniforms professionally
  • Participate in meetings and training

What We're Looking For

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Nevada driver's license 
  • Conduct a pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
  • Residential plumbing service experience preferred
  • Drain cleaning and diagnostic experience preferred
  • Water heater installation experience preferred
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to educate customers without pressure
