For work requiring journeyman-level qualification or supervision, Sierra will verify that the candidate holds a current Journeyman Electrician certification/credential accepted by the applicable building authority before assigning work that requires that qualification.
Candidates should provide copies of applicable electrical licenses, certifications, apprenticeship credentials, or journeyman documentation during the hiring process.
Important: Sierra maintains the appropriate contractor licensing required for the electrical services it performs. Employees are expected to work within the scope permitted by Sierra's contractor license, their individual qualifications, and applicable state and local requirements.

Technical — You know how to diagnose instead of simply replacing parts.
Personable — You're comfortable talking with homeowners and building trust.
Driven — You want your performance to influence your earning potential.
Coachable — You're willing to follow a proven process and continue improving.
Accountable — You own your calls, workmanship, documentation, and results.
