Sift Healthcare is hiring a Customer Success Data Analyst reporting to the Director of Customer Success.

The Customer Success Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Sift's revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. We are seeking a technically proficient analyst who serves as a critical link between Sift’s Data Science, Engineering, and operational teams and our clients, maximizing the impact of our solutions and deepening mutual value. Leveraging their expertise in healthcare revenue cycle data, this analyst will partner with Sift teams and client counterparts to help identify, develop, and deliver insights that drive results.

The Customer Success Data Analyst will also contribute to internal initiatives, leveraging their subject matter expertise to support reporting, performance measurement, and the creation of client-facing work products that demonstrate ROI and reinforce Sift’s value proposition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the front line for both internal and client analysis requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Understand client goals and definitions of success to guide value measurement and performance tracking.
  • Communicate value achievement consistently with internal and client executives.
  • Collaborate to define, deliver, and demonstrate client success in ways that exceed expectations

Insight Generation & Strategic Analysis

  • Act as a subject matter expert to simplify complex RCM topics for both internal teams and clients.
  • Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and insight reports that highlight ROI and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and other methods to surface unique client opportunities for operational and financial improvement.

Internal Collaboration & Product Feedback

  • Align with internal Sift stakeholders on client deliverables and timeline prioritization, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Sift product owners and the development team to highlight trends observed in the data to assist in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for Sift solutions.
  • Support internal colleagues and client counterparts to identify opportunities for client RCM improvement and value achievement using Sift solutions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices and changes that impact the healthcare/RCM industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in healthcare revenue cycle or revenue cycle solutions.
  • Experience in hospital billing, consulting, or health tech preferred
  • Ability to analyze data independently using MS Excel, SQL, Python and BI Tools and create additional reporting and analytic outputs.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle concepts and terminology (EDI 835/837, CPT/HCPCS, Dx, DRG).
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts (EMR and third-party integration experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and summarize key trends and takeaways from the data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and analytic skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a desire to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML and healthcare.
  • Functional understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with product development teams.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and performance. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonuses and benefits.
