Manager, GTM Systems

Revenue Operations builds and scales a unified GTM engine spanning across our Sales & Customer Success teams globally. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role will be the primary owner of GTM tooling, data enrichment, and process automation. You will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Americas and EMEA Enterprise leadership teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver complex projects across multiple work streams, building effective business partnerships, and leading successful process and transformation initiatives
  • Regularly evaluate new GTM Ops technologies in market with eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of GTM operational efficiency
  • Proactively identify opportunities for seller productivity improvements & tech stack optimization.
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect and tune the research, prospecting, selling, and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Maintain and improve analytics and reporting frameworks to track key productivity metrics, tool utilization, and adoption.
  • Ability to build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current state business requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all GTM systems and tools

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Business or Revenue Operations. Experience leading Business or Sales Operations in the Software-as-a-Service, BI/Analytics, or Cloud Computing industries is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of demand-gen, sales, and post-sales funnel tooling, activities, and administrative best-practices (leads, opportunities, accounts, etc.) 
  • Crisp written and verbal communication skills (from decks, to presentations, to dashboarding).
  • Expert proficiency in core revenue teck stack technologies such as SFDC, Outreach, Gong, and enrichment providers, both firmographic and technographic
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills, attention to detail, and incredibly strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.

Additional Job details

The base salary range for this position is $180k - $250k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
