RevOps Analyst

Role Overview: As a RevOps Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting key strategic initiatives and operations to help Sigma reach its next phase of industry leading growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong operational background. You will be working closely with sales leadership, managing and optimizing key operational processes, analyzing critical data, and ensuring alignment across departments to help shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Operational Sales Processes: Continuously monitor and assess sales processes, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Corporate segment.
  • Sales Data & Campaign Analysis: Analyze sales data and ongoing campaigns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for optimizing performance.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure ongoing alignment between the sales team and key cross-functional departments, including Marketing, Partnerships, BDRs, and Enablement, to streamline operations and support GTM initiatives.
  • Dashboard Reporting: Design, maintain, and update sales dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.
  • Territory Management: Maintain and optimize territory management processes to ensure equitable distribution and efficient coverage.
  • Ad-hoc Requests: Manage ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Qualifications:

  • Tech Stack Expertise: A solid understanding of how to use and manipulate data in SFDC is a must
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization/BI Tools: Ability to use data visualization and BI tools to present data and insights effectively (we use Sigma for all of this internally)
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinker: Ability to proactively approach problems and challenges strategically, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results on time and within scope.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, building strong relationships across departments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sales engagement and enrichment platforms like Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo a great nice to have
  • Prior experience in territory management and sales support within a corporate sales environment.

Additional Job details

The base salary range for this position is $75k - $95k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for an annual bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
