Be the one who fuels the rocket ship: We’re looking for an experienced hands-on performance marketing manager to own the creation, management, and optimization of paid campaigns at high-growth, series D startup Sigma. You will be responsible for building and executing paid campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
You’ll work cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of how digital channels impact revenue creation. You’re the kind of person who has the confidence to experiment with new channels and tactics. And you have the experience to know what works and what is exceptional vs. run-of-the-mill digital marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Ideate and build high-performing paid ad campaigns
- Manage our digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Linkedin, 6Sense, and more: Includes in-platform management and optimization such as keyword research, ad copy writing, campaign creation, budgeting, pacing, optimization, assistance in tagging management and more
- Collaborate with the organic content team to build and evolve the keyword strategy for both paid and organic
- Expand performance analytics reporting using the Sigma product and use data to drive insights into actions
- With with the Campaign Marketing Manager to develop innovative online programs for major campaigns, product launches, and events
- Stay abreast of the latest modals and capabilities and ensure we are always first to test any new medium
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Analytical skills and a high comfort level with analytics platforms are necessary
- Must be able to build, interpret, and communicate key results to stakeholders
- Expertise in Google Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and interplay between paid and organic
- Ability to manage a budget effectively, including allocating spend and optimizing based on performance
- Must be able to self-direct in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- Experience managing contractors and agencies
Additional Job details
The base salary range for this position is $130k - $155k annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
