About This Role
As an commercial Leader - Regional Vice President at Sigma Computing, you will oversee the strategic direction and growth of our enterprise business within your region. You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and fostering deep relationships with customers and partners. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy.

You’ll Contribute By
- Leading and managing a team of enterprise sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with Sigma’s global objectives.
- Recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent to build a world-class sales organization.
- Building strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and expansion.
- Partnering with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful customer outcomes.
- Representing Sigma at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to elevate our brand and presence in the market.
- Analyzing regional performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous growth.
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams in B2B SaaS/software organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience working in or with the Data/BI/Analytics space is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of driving results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support your team and engage with customers.
Additional Job details
The base salary range for this position is $150k - $175K annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
