Snowflake Partner Alliance Manager
About the role:
The Sigma Computing Partnerships team is hiring for a Snowflake Partner Alliance Manager in our New York office. This role will be responsible for managing our relationship with Snowflake, and comprehensively managing all GTM activities with the partner, and reporting to our Director of Snowflake Alliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, results managing partners, a network of partner contacts in the BI & Analytics space, and be comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing
Partner/Program Management: Designing and executing GTM activities with Snowflake teams, and ensuring a healthy stream of Sigma revenue, ability to track effectiveness, and document field activity.Field Alignment: Working directly with Sigma AEs and sales managers to coordinate Snowflake and Sigma co-selling in sales cycles.Partner Solutions: Together with the Snowflake and Partner Engineering team, identify vertical (industry) and horizontal (functional) solutions that combine Sigma and Snowflake IP to accelerate sales cycles and achieve specific business outcomesRelationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Snowflake executives and employees. This involves regular communication, collaboration on joint marketing and sales campaigns, and addressing any issues or concerns that partners haveIn-market Presence: Represent Sigma at relevant industry events to maximize our brand equity as a partner in the SI & Consulting firm ecosystem
- Product Alignment: Stay abreast of new/important functionality, and coordinate co-development of product innovation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience-Sales DNA and a deep passion for being curious - always diving deeper to uncover how we can better partner and differentiate Sigma to generate new opportunities
- Team player that supports and works with internal and external teams
- Experience building partner executive relationships
- A genuine interest in the Modern Data Stack and cloud ecosystem
- Ability to be flexible and dynamic in a fast-paced start-up with a builder’s mentality
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% in some months
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of partner management in the Enterprise SaaS industry
- Knowledge and experience in the BI/analytics software industry
- Knowledge of the Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift and Google BigQuery partner ecosystems
- Experience using Sigma, Salesforce, Crossbeam, and Gong in partner contexts
Additional Job details
The base salary range for this position is $105k - $120k annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for variable, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
