Field Marketing Manager - Central
About the Role
Sigma Computing is looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead our regional field marketing efforts for the central region of North America. In this role, you will own the development and execution of high-impact marketing programs that drive pipeline, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leaders, Partners, and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and event strategies tailored to regional priorities. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on translating business objectives into actionable programs that drive measurable results. This role reports to the Head of Field Marketing.

The position will be remote based in Texas
What you will do:
- Own and execute the regional field marketing strategy with a focus on pipeline generation and sales alignment. Develop and manage a quarterly calendar of events, campaigns, and activities tailored to regional goals.
- Plan, launch, and manage field marketing programs. Measure the success of every program, share learnings, and continually optimize for better performance.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, aligning on regional priorities, uncovering challenges, and developing marketing initiatives that support their goals.
- Live and breathe the data. Analyze program performance, identify trends, uncover insights, and use metrics to refine tactics and prove ROI.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Digital, Content, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure alignment and message consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with regional Partner teams to co-create and execute impactful co-marketing programs, joint events, and campaigns.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and messaging based on field feedback and data.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, advocate for field needs, and drive alignment across teams.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of B2B Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or related experience.
- Proven success generating pipeline, top of funnel demand, and executing integrated campaigns.
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Experience working closely with alliance partners, enterprise sales, and commercial sales teams.
- Deep understanding of regional marketing nuances, buyer journeys, and sales cycles.
- Ability to develop close trusting relationships with sales as well as collaborate effectively with marketing and product.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
- Experience managing and forecasting budgets effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- You are outcome driven, analytical, customer first and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for executive and practitioner audiences.

Additional Job details
The base salary for this position is $135k - $165k annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
