Enterprise Sales Enablement Partner – San Francisco

The Enterprise Sales Enablement Business Partner will partner with RVPs and AVPs to elevate Sigma’s top-performing Enterprise Account Executives (RSMs). You’ll design and deliver enablement programs that accelerate ramp, sharpen deal execution, and help win complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This is a senior role for someone who’s carried a quota, closed big deals, and is ready to scale that expertise across a high-growth GTM org.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales leaders to diagnose gaps, build targeted enablement plans, and drive consistent execution.
  • Lead enterprise-focused programs for multi-threading, executive engagement, competitive differentiation, and value-based selling.
  • Refine and certify the team on MEDDPICC, value framework methodology, and other sales frameworks.
  • Create high-impact content: playbooks, deal review frameworks, competitive guides, and customer-facing assets.
  • Facilitate workshops, deal clinics, and skill certifications for seasoned sellers.
  • Align with GTM priorities by working with Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Business Value teams.
  • Measure impact using ramp times, win rates, and other enterprise KPIs.

Stakeholders & Tools

  • Stakeholders: RVPs, AVPs, Enterprise AEs (RSMs), Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Business Value, Sales Ops, RevOps.
  • Tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Workramp, analytics platforms, Google Workspace, video/presentation tools.

Travel 

  • ~20% for in-person training, QBRs, deal reviews, and SKOs.

Who You Are

  • Enterprise Sales Background: Closed $1M+ quota deals, understands top AE mindset.
  • Enablement Expertise: 2+ years building impactful enterprise programs.
  • Methodology Fluent: MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message certified.
  • Executive Presence: Trusted with senior leaders; skilled facilitator.
  • Project Leadership: Manages cross-functional initiatives with precision.
  • Data-Driven: Uses metrics to identify opportunities and optimize programs.
  • Startup Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s preferred; certifications a plus.

Additional Job details

The base salary range for this position is $170k - $200k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
