Senior GTM Productivity Analyst
Sigma’s GTM Productivity Analyst will be the bridge between our field teams and our systems team. This role ensures that the way our GTM reps (AEs, SDRs, CSMs, SEs) actually work is reflected in how our systems are designed, automated, and improved. You’ll spend time with reps in the field, uncover workflow bottlenecks, and translate their needs into scalable solutions alongside our GTM Systems Architect.
This is an opportunity to shape how a fast-growing SaaS company empowers its revenue teams, while building a strong foundation for your own career in RevOps, systems, and GTM strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Understand & Capture Field Workflows
- Act as the first line of defense and help triage system issues, bugs, feature requests, and maintain a structured backlog
- Shadow and interview sales, SDR, AE, CS, and SE reps to map daily workflows, identify pain points, and surface edge cases.
- Document and translate findings into project briefs, functional specs, and user stories for the GTM Systems team.
Ensure All Reps Understand the GTM Tech Stack
- Build out onboarding for the tech stack to ensure all new hires are comfortable applying the tech stack (including Sigma) to their jobs
- Gradually take over the day-to-day product management of key data products / internal tools used by GTM, gathering feedback, triaging requests, and partnering with Data on ongoing optimizations
Support Systems Architecture & Prioritization
- Partner with the GTM Systems Architect, RevOps leadership, and Data Leadership to prioritize roadmap items and recommend quick-win optimizations vs. long-term builds.
- Take ownership of small projects and enhancements end-to-end: requirements, building, testing, rollout, and feedback.
Drive GTM Productivity Projects
- Liaise across reps, RevOps, Enablement, and Data to keep projects moving and remove blockers.
Who You Are
- Field-Centric: You empathize with the daily challenges of GTM reps and are motivated to make their lives easier through smarter systems.
- Analytical + Curious: You don’t just capture problems — you investigate root causes and propose solutions.
- Proactive & Resourceful: You anticipate problems and take ownership to drive solutions without being asked.
- Builder Mindset: You thrive in early-stage environments, energized by building scalable foundations from scratch.
- Excited by AI: You’re curious about how AI can be applied to GTM workflows and eager to help operationalize intelligent automation.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce and core GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Gong, etc.).
- Experience scoping and building out AI-powered workflows for sellers.
- Demonstrated ability to run small-scale projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, light documentation, project briefs, coordination, and testing.
- Strong communication skills — able to interface with reps, managers, and technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with analyzing usage/adoption data and turning it into actionable insights
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in a customer-facing capacity e.g. BDR role
- Experience with Sigma
- Solid understanding of “art of the possible” with platforms like Clay
