GTM Recruiter - Sales
About the Role
Our Talent team at Sigma is looking for an experienced and passionate GTM Recruiter to oversee our sales recruitment as our GTM function continues to expand globally. As a key member of the Talent team, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top sales talent, with a strong focus on roles such as Commercial Account Executives (CAE) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM). This role plays a critical part in supporting company growth by building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a seamless recruiting experience.

Note: Sigma believes in the power of in person collaboration and partnership. Our teams are 4 days in office in San Francisco, New York City, and London.
What You’ll Do
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, engage, and nurture high-caliber candidates for current and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on sales and GTM talent.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand hiring goals and develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Process & Experience Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and efficient hiring operations.
- Interview Guidance: Partner with recruiting coordinators on scheduling of intervirws, support hiring teams with best practices for effective interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate journey for sales talent.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness to inform hiring strategies.
- ATS & Recruiting Tools Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and leverage sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and GoodTime to improve recruiting efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally supporting sales, GTM, or non-technical roles.
- Experience in SaaS companies or fast-paced startup environments preferred.
- Able to work 4 days in office in our San Francisco, CA office.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present recruiting insights and updates.
- Comfortable working with recruiting technologies and platforms to manage candidate pipelines and maintain data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage the candidate journey from sourcing through interview process and offer stage.
- Track record of maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Additional Job details
The base salary range for this position is $115k - $130k+ annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for an bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
