An ideal person will come with a good mix of experience in developing complex business intelligence dashboards and provide insights. This position will give you an immense opportunity to work on challenging business problems faced by fortune 500 companies across the globe. 

Responsibilities Include

• Design, build and deploy scalable BI solutions with Insights based on the client requirements.

• Participate in client calls to understand the technical requirements, challenges as well as understand the business problem

• Document SOPs, project work in a timely and effective manner.

• Drive deep insights and analysis, beyond the obvious, to add business value

• Identify ways to improve performance of existing dashboards, queries, architecture 

• Adhere to delivery, quality metrics and internal governance

• Work independently with minimal to no guidance from the BIA leaders

• This role will require working on multiple engagements in parallel 

Experience and Qualifications

• 8 years (max) of overall experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

• Strong technical background in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.

• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, ETL 

• Ability to engage with clients, from both business and technical functions, understand their work and decision flows, requirement for reporting, insights and decision support

• Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data and drive clear and actionable insights

• Experience working in multiple domains like BFS, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing domains are a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
