Revenue FP&A – Job Description

Location : Bengaluru

Experience & Eligibility:
Open to CA Freshers (0–3 years) or MBA candidates with 4–7 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue FP&A Ownership:
Support revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting, stress testing, multi-year planning, and Board updates with clear, insight-led business commentary.

Revenue-focused Business Partnering:
Partner closely with Account Managers, Delivery teams, and Practice teams to align on revenue assumptions, phasing, risks, and opportunities during forecast and budget cycles.

Revenue Analytics & Insights:
Perform deep-dive analysis on revenue and sales trends by client, account, and practice. Proactively anticipate follow-up questions from senior stakeholders.

Challenge, Modelling & Scenario Analysis:
Independently review and challenge revenue inputs and assumptions. Build financial models and run scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.

Revenue Process Governance & Compliance:
Drive revenue process improvements including implementation and adherence to revenue recognition policies, ensuring compliance, controls, and robustness of revenue reporting.
