About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating interactive and sophisticated products that cater to specific product workflows and user use cases. Your designs will prioritize intuitive user experiences, aiming to enhance information comprehension while minimizing cognitive load.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design interactive and complex products by deeply understanding product workflows and user use
• Create intuitive designs that improve user understanding of information, thereby reducing cognitive
• Conduct user research activities to gain user insights (primary research)
• Utilize insights from user personas to optimize customer
• Develop storyboards to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and senior
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and
• Adapt user experience design principles to craft visualizations that deliver meaningful and relevant user
• Focus on aesthetic design, including layout, menus, drop-down options, colours, and fonts, with flexibility for interface adjustments as
• Implement best practices to maintain consistency across screens and design for optimal user
• Create and maintain design
• Create quick prototypes suing tools like Figma Make, Lovable,

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing experience across B2B (mainly) and B2C
• Proficiency in design tools such as
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and
• Bachelorʼs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
