The Role
As an OD Specialist, you will partner closely with business and COE leaders to design and execute impactful organization development initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Partner with COE and business leaders to design and deliver OD initiatives across culture, career architecture, talent management, employee satisfaction, and leadership development
- Drive employee engagement programs, E-sat surveys, and diagnostics; analyze insights and translate them into actionable interventions
- Design and support career growth frameworks, mentorship programs, and development initiatives across levels
- Lead focus group discussions, workshops, and multi-functional team meetings; document insights and outcomes
- Independently manage and execute day-to-day OD initiatives
- Conduct benchmarking and research on OD trends and best practices to continuously improve programs
- Work with mid-level stakeholders to collect, influence, and interpret people data
- Create high-quality presentations, communication material, and templates using tools like Darwinbox, PowerPoint, Canva
- Facilitate learning or change sessions for junior and mid-level employees as required
- Conduct organizational diagnostics (surveys, interviews, FGDs) to identify gaps in culture, structure, or ways of working
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of overall experience, with an OD-focused role (OD Specialist / OD Partner / HR with strong OD exposure)
- Experience working in a services or consulting setup (IT Services preferred)
- Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred) or MBA
- Strong understanding of people metrics, engagement drivers, and organizational diagnostics
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions
Why Join Sigmoid?
- Opportunity to shape OD in a high-growth data & AI organization
- Strong exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on ownership, not just program coordination
- A culture that values learning, collaboration, and impact
