Program Overview 

This is a referral-only, high-intent internship program designed for individuals looking to transition into the data analytics domain. 

The program focuses on real-world business problem solving, data analysis, and visualization, with a clear pathway to full-time conversion as a Senior Data Analyst or Associate Manager Analytics, based on performance. 

Who is this for? 

This program is ideal for candidates who: 

• Have a background in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / BCA/ MCA ● Are looking to pivot into Data Analytics (not Data Science) 
• Demonstrate strong intent, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset 

What You Will Do 

• Work on real client-like business problems across industries 
• Understand business contexts and translate them into analytical questions ● Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory analysis 
• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau / Power BI ● Generate insights through SQL-based data extraction and analysis ● Support creation of structured outputs (reports, data summaries, cross-tabs, etc.) ● Collaborate with teams to understand how analytics integrates into decision-making

What You Will Learn 

• End-to-end analytics problem solving approach (business → data → insight → action) 
• SQL for data analysis in real-world datasets 
• Visualization and storytelling via PowerBI/Tableau for business stakeholders ● Structured thinking and analytical frameworks 
• Exposure to how analytics is delivered in a client-facing environment Basic Requirements 
• Degree in B.E / B.Tech / Mathematics / Statistics / related fields [Graduates only, students not applicable] 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability 
• Basic familiarity with: 

○ Excel / Google Sheets 

○ SQL (preferred, not mandatory) 

○ Any visualization tool (good to have) 

• Willingness to learn, unlearn, and adapt quickly
