End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact through to the offer stage and onboarding.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the negotiation process as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
Sourcing & Recruiting:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for Data Engineer, Devops Leadership Hiring roles through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements.
Interview Management:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, team, and job role.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making
Required Skills:
- 5-9 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Communication skills should be excellent
- Graduation is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
