Role: Knowledge Manager

  • Responsible for execution of overall KM Strategy for Sigmoid
  • Roll out various KM initiatives
  • Handhold KM spocs in different teams
  • Cross-pollinate KM best practices
  • Increase overall engagement and effectiveness
  • Communication and reporting on KM activities

 

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with nature of work undertaken at Sigmoid
  • High level exposure to SharePoint and other M365 apps like Power Automate
  • Self-driven, resilient, self-learner
  • Ability to network across all levels of the organization
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Can think out-of-the-box
  • Total work experience: ideally 5+ years
