Sigmoid Analytics, Chicago, IL seeks Director – Data Science Products - Develop & Evolve MTA (multi touch attribution) product by using Python language for Regression based attribution models for Media Mix in order to continuously design, develop, enhance and implement new features of Sigmoid’s bespoke media measurement and optimization product. Regularly connect with the client teams who are looking to incorporate the product into their projects. Technical review of the architecture to fit client needs and documenting methods for onboarding different types of clients by creating different archetypes by utilizing Bayesian modelling & Markov chains for multiple MTA models. Troubleshooting by delving deeper into client issues with data scientists and utilizing R / Python for writing custom build ML algorithms including Random Forest, SVM and KNN thereby ensuring issues are fixed for a better client experience. Feedback collection and planning on the mitigation of incidents, logging of the same and accountable for sending out any product feature related communications. Making sure the issues are fixed within timelines and ensuring error free delivery of product features. Resource management, including identifying resource requirements, allocation, tracking and budget management. Gather client requirements and translating the same in technical terms to the team to ease the development process. MTA presales and other data projects: to include head presales for data science products (including MTA) and services. Plan, hire and allocate the right team to meet the project goals. Handle escalations and ensure that the product/services are delivered as per client satisfaction. Establish Sigmoid’s marketing analytics division through innovation of products like MTA, SEO optimization using Pytorch & TensorFlow for Computer Vision algorithms including CNN Resnet & GANs for Object detection & Image generation of product images, title & description generation. Emerge as SME (subject matter expert) for marketing analytics products such as MTA powered by Spacy, Text blob & other Natural Language process (NLP) library for Ecom and product review analysis. Grow and train the team in the US depending on the requirements in the upcoming years. Undertake pre-sales and data science product development responsibilities for important products under marketing analytics. Enhance the team's capabilities to embrace new challenges while retaining top talent. Assemble a high-performing team, establish clear objectives and provide technical guidance and mentorship. Using Text & Fuzzy matching algorithms Fuzzy wuzzy in order to develop more features in MTA product to take Sigmoid’s marketing analytics capabilities to the next level. Assist customers in using the product to optimize their media expenses and drive return on media investments. Hiring and training resources in U.S.A. Discuss how to maintain and expand Sigmoid’s MTA product client base with more relevant clients using casual inference & incrementality measurement techniques. to gauge client - product fit. Explain technical concepts related to the client application to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with the clients to gather their requirements on new feature developments within the product based on specific client needs. Hire, train and mentor relevant talent within the U.S. to scale Sigmoid’s marketing analytics product portfolio including MTA. Will travel 25% US and/or Int’l to meet w/current clients and visit other company offices.
Requires Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field and Five (5) yrs. (post-degree, progressive) experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included Using Python language for Regression based attribution models for Media Mix; Using Bayesian modelling & Markov chains for MTA (Multi touch attribution models); Using Causal inference & incrementality measurement techniques; Using Spacy, Text blob Natural” Language process (NLP) library for Ecom and product review analysis; Using Pytorch & TensorFlow for Computer Vision algorithms including CNN Resnet & GANs for Object detection & Image generation; Use of Text & Fuzzy matching algorithms Fuzzy wuzzy; Using R & Python for ML algorithms including Random Forest, SVM and KNN. $150,000-$210,000/yr. 5 day, 40 hr/wk.
