FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop internal reporting frameworks including key performance indicators for monthly and quarterly review to aid senior management in business performance analysis.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Play a crucial role in the mergers and acquisitions process, including strategic investments, managing due diligence, maintaining data rooms, and coordinating with external advisors.
- Financial Planning: Build and maintain budgets and forecasts; construct and review profit and loss statements by business unit, and make performance recommendations.
- Complex Financial Projects: Handle complex analysis projects, evaluate findings, and prepare comprehensive reports on the financial implications of proposed transactions.
- Business Intelligence Implementation: Utilize and manage business intelligence tools and dashboard reports to enhance senior management's decision-making capabilities.
- Presentation Preparation: Create presentations for the Senior Leadership Team to report findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to quickly learn additional systems such as QuickBooks and other ledger platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues efficiently to senior executives.
- Experience in preparing management presentations and board materials.
- High energy and ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
- Professional certification such as CPA, MBA in finance/accounting, or CFA is advantageous but not required.
