
Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Signifyd is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to drive our continued growth in Brazil’s e-commerce market. In this role, you'll focus on acquiring strategic Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts, building relationships from the ground up through outbound efforts and engaging with key decision-makers—from Managers to VP and C-level leaders.
You’ll serve as a consultative partner to merchants, helping them move beyond traditional fraud tools to adopt Signifyd’s SaaS platform focused on automation, guaranteed fraud protection, and revenue optimization. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to simplify complex business needs into compelling value propositions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings and exploratory calls with Managers, Executives, VPs and decision makers of top tier E-commerce companies in Brazil.
- Serve as a thought leader in payments and fraud management by attending events, supporting company initiatives and delivering value messaging to prospects and partners in the space.
- Support Sales team in all the operational aspects of the selling process (product training, invoicing, insights analysis, reporting).
- Perform full sales cycle management in the Mid-Market and Enterprise Segments (B2B): cold outbound prospecting, interest development, value proposition alignment, obtaining business metrics, proposal build and validation with deal desk, proposal presentation, pricing negotiation and contract negotiation, signature, hand-over to customer success and ongoing relationship for upsells.
- Work closely with sales management to analyze our sales process to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Able to forecast ARR with sound use of merchant metrics and internal methodologies.
- Able to understand our deal cycle and help manage deal reviews, deal desk process, and other areas to drive deal velocity.
- Work closely in a matrixed environment with data science, risk, product, legal, marketing, finance, customer success and senior leadership to set and execute strategy.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from deal development to customer go-live and beyond.
- Create and share learnings internally with the global sales team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Full English Proficiency: able to communicate well and conduct meetings effectively in English with internal peers or external stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Hunter Sales or Business Development
- Strong analytical skills, able to tell a story using numbers and analysis, and able to handle objections in a convincing manner.
- Strong communicator, able to prepare impactful professional presentations and selling materials.
- Self-paced, autonomous and resilient, with the ability to work well with little guidance and capable to deliver results on a constant basis.
- Able to travel to meet up with merchants, to industry events, to company planning and training sessions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Preferred professional background in complex sales environments such as Fraud, Payments, B2B SaaS Technology or E-commerce.
- Preferred educational background in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
