Senior Product Manager

Signify Health is rapidly growing and innovating, and is expanding its service offerings beyond the core In Home Evaluation (IHE) to a new suite of personalized in-home and virtual health services to identify chronic conditions, close gaps in care, and increase access to preventive care measures that improve overall health outcomes. We are developing the next generation of our clinical and care delivery platforms to support a diverse array of in-home healthcare services and are looking for a passionate and dedicated product leader to drive the growth and success of our healthcare technology products.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you have a central role in advancing Signify’s capabilities to support diverse in-home services. In this role you will set the product strategy, define the product roadmap, and lead product development and execution efforts necessary to evolve Signify’s clinical, care logistics, analytics, and operational systems from supporting a single service to enabling a multi-visit platform at scale. This role will own the system that houses and manages modular products, visit types, and their rules that will support Signify’s existing and future visit types and add-on services, as well as lead initiatives to partner cross-functionally to build and execute on the requirements for a scalable multi-visit ecosystem across the organization.

This role will be directly responsible for the end to end product lifecycle management from product strategy, requirements gathering, definition, team resource sizing, to product roadmaps and multi-year planning and execution. With your ownership mindset and high accountability you will step up to collaborate with business stakeholders and customers and translate their needs into detailed requirements with clear prioritization and tight partnership with product, design, engineering, architecture, analytics, and operations teams to execute the solution with high quality and on time delivery. 

Specific Responsibilities Include: 

  • Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for evolving Signify Health’s core systems to support multiple visits at scale. 
  • Develop product and business requirements that drive the platform’s shift from supporting one primary visit type to a flexible, modular structure that accommodates new visit types and add-on services
  • Own the system that houses and manages visit types, products, and their associated rules in a modular fashion. 
  • Develop product specifications and technical requirements and champion the technical and operational requirements necessary to evolve Signify’s systems
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, operations, and analytics teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration across all services lines, empowering cross-functional teams to deliver on Signify’s multi-service strategy
  • Manage a roadmap of scrum teams to deliver on product strategy and product requirements 
  • Oversee product lifecycle management from inception through implementation, ensuring the systems meet operational needs and regulatory requirements while scaling for future growth
  • Use data driven insights to continuously improve product performance, internal system efficiency, system scalability, clinician and experience
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the product and technology organization to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Engage with key customers and business partners to monitor competitive trends and ensure our product strategy is future-focused and market driven
  • Coach more junior product managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support throughout the development process

In this role you will be responsible for putting in place the processes, tools, and operating mechanisms required of a strong customer and market data backed product management organization with clear business objectives and rationales as well as a strong product management and execution discipline. This position builds relationships with and influences varying levels of internal and external stakeholders and requires a strong team-focused approach with direct interactions with senior executives, customers, and often requires internal and external presentations. 

This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Product Management.

This position is a remote position with some travel required.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Successful track record of achieving product line and company goals in a high-growth and highly competitive field.
  • Experience in developing products and leading teams in healthcare provider support, medical safety and/or provider network operations. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience with product development and/or commercialization including 3 years of lifecycle product management or P&L management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the successful development and commercialization of complex products and solutions in new emerging and sometimes poorly defined high growth areas, leading to fast and sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively translate a large amount of complex customer, clinical, market, and technical data from multiple sources into a clear value proposition and to articulate and communicate this value proposition to a range of customer and internal audiences.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively as a leader and peer with other senior functional managers including Technology, Strategy, Clinical, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Development.
  • Demonstrated track record of building, mentoring, and leading a product management team to deliver consistent and predictable execution.
  • Demonstrated strong people management and influencing skills with proven ability and enthusiasm to lead, motivate, inspire, develop, and encourage people, from C-level suite to individual contributors in multiple functional areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience with financial modeling or data analysis skills. Ability to build and analyze financial models to forecast and track results.
  • Must have excellent communication skills including oral, written and presentation techniques with varied internal and external audiences, including technical and non-technical.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $128,500 to $223,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
