How will this role have an impact?

Signify Health is growing and we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role will lead our call center recruiting team - developing strategy, driving efficiency, and delivering high quality talent across our organization.

What will you do?

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching and oversight of call center recruiting across the US
  • Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, timing, and locations; leveraging labor market insights to ensure success of the hiring plan
  • Consult with leaders to drive and support a compliant selection process that prioritizes speed, experience, quality of talent and reduced new hire turnover 
  • Implement best practices across the recruiting lifecycle to drive efficiency, manage experiences, and deliver results
  • Manage a talent pipeline strategy to support the supply of needed candidates and timely processing of talent through the candidate lifecycle
  • Deliver a best in class candidate experience supporting transparent and timely communication
  • Develop and maintain reporting that creates transparency and enables execution

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years Recruiting or Call Center hiring experience with at least 2 years in a high volume environment
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for high volume roles
  • Demonstrated experience with creating and managing recruiting metrics & reporting
  • Experience working in applicant tracking software (ATS)
  • Solutions oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage quickly changing priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base salary hiring range for this position is $67,900 to $147,002.40. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
