Signify Health is seeking an experienced Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the Clinician Experience & Operations organization. 

This role is responsible for supporting a rotating and diverse set of tasks focused on supporting initiatives across the Clinician Experience Operations organization (CXO). This role requires partnership with cross functional teams to execute tasks and workflow specific components of broader processes, managing their completion within set timelines and the ability to organize and report out statuses and progress. This individual will have strong administrative skills, expertise in using spreadsheets, trackers, or other tools to complete work, attention to detail, and the ability to discern issues or roadblocks and communicate them. The success of this role is the ability to understand project directions and execute a quality result.

This position reports to the Manager, Network Development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain information databases and spreadsheets, including data entry, data consolidation, transposing data from one system to another system of record
  • Provide support to project owners through delivery of task specific functions, maintaining the integrity of the documents or system in use
  • Conduct the tasks of Salesforce Case Management assignments, reallocation, and triaging efforts for the CXO intake channels
  • Provide support to system configuration efforts in support of our daily dialing operations
  • Assist in reviewing unable to place clinician capacity in cases of capacity cancellations and reallocations
  • Aid in capacity approvals daily to help maintain a buffer of virtual capacity (to decrease NPIAs) and ensure capacity availability changes are updated properly (MySignify availability edits)
  • Admin support to W2 clinical operations leaders and operations managers
  • Assemble multiple KPI reports (and other necessary data) from multiple platforms and roll up into one file/document
  • Sort clinicians in a fashion that aids operations manager’s 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as document preparation, drafting correspondence, and special projects.
  • Scanning documents and mailing correspondence
  • Clinician notifications
  • Attention to detail, and basic understanding of how and where project work fits into a broader set of processes
  • Ability to consolidate and summarize progress
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner, and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as requested

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years professional experience in Program/Project or administrative support roles, preferably within a Healthcare Organization or Operations function
  • Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity who thrives in fast-paced and multifaceted environments and is able to deliver within defined timeframes
  • Adept with technology with specificity in MS Office or Google Suite; specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Adept with technology
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in the DFW Metro)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management and workflow tools like SmartSheets, Google Sheets, Salesforce

The base salary hiring range for this position is $21.10 to $27.00. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
