As a Coordinator, you'll have 3 essential goals: become the great guardians of candidate experience, the most powerful wizard of interview scheduling and the most advanced engineers of the interview process.

As a Coordinator, you'll gain a comprehensive insight into the world of recruitment with a strong understanding of candidate experience. You'll enhance your organisational skills and gain extensive knowledge of project management in a fast-paced environment and develop your people skills through multi-stakeholder management

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

You will be a key point of contact for candidates and work hand in hand with our recruiters to create the smoothest candidate experience possible
  • Interview scheduling: You will deliver various interview scheduling from online 1.1 interviews to case studies panels in our offices. You will adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.
  • Recruiting process optimisation: You will help to improve the flexibility, efficiency and comfort of the processes for everyone. You will contribute to interview process design and track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview …) and take over your own projects to improve our recruiting processes.

Who you are

Are you convinced that you have exactly what it takes for the position? Then we encourage you to apply. Even if you don't meet every requirement, you might be exactly the right future Doctoliber for this or other positions!

  • Your organisational skills, attention to detail and agility help you to stay on top of things and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • You are fluent in English and have good verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to adapt your expression to different audiences and situations

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • You have an analytical mind and are interested in learning how to review data and track indicators to assess performance and make decisions
