Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Nashville, TN
Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to support our Officer group (C-Suite). This role is central to enabling our executive team to operate at their highest level by managing day-to-day logistics, communications, and strategic coordination. You’ll be a key partner in helping our leaders stay focused, informed, and connected across the organization.
This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the rhythm of executive operations and help shape how leadership shows up across the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for multiple Officers
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional correspondence
- Prepare executive materials including presentations, reports, and agendas
- Support cross-functional initiatives by liaising with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments
- Track key deliverables, deadlines, and priorities for the executive team
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
- Assist with planning leadership offsites, board meetings, and investor engagements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and virtual meeting platforms
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting legal or financial teams
- Prior event planning or project coordination experience
- Interest in sustainability, infrastructure, or mission-driven work
