We’re hiring a Director of Nursing (RN) – a compassionate and strategic clinical leader who ensures excellence in care delivery and supports a thriving team environment. This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and empathy to elevate the quality of life for our residents.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the clinical liaison between residents, families, nursing staff, physicians, and administrators
- Evaluate nurse performance and implement best practices to uphold care standards
- Develop short- and long-term goals for staffing, procedures, and clinical operations
- Ensure the Resident Care Director effectively manages scheduling, onboarding, and training
- Monitor departmental expenses and maintain budgetary oversight
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- Proven leadership experience in a senior care or long-term care setting
- Strong supervisory skills including coaching, team development, and conflict resolution
- Passion for working with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
- Must be comfortable working with animals and pets
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Anticipated pay range
$155,000 - $170,000 USD
