We’re hiring a Hospice Patient Care Manager / Clinical Manager (RN) – a compassionate and experienced leader who oversees clinical operations, supports interdisciplinary teams, and ensures the highest standards of patient care. This role is essential to maintaining compliance, fostering collaboration, and providing hands-on support when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Fill a management role with both clinical and operational responsibility for your team
- Serve as liaison between the Director of Patient Care Services, clinical staff, patients, families, and the community
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and compliance for clinical associates
- Step in to provide routine patient care in the absence of other clinical staff members
- Ensure adherence to hospice policies, state and federal regulations, and Silverado standards
- Support quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team collaboration
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid state license
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in healthcare management, ideally in hospice
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient locations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Anticipated pay range
$110,000 - $125,000 USD
