We’re hiring Lead Charge Nurse - compassionate professionals who bring clinical expertise and heartfelt care to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day clinical guidance and workflow coordination for Med Techs, Caregivers, and CNAs during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate resident healthcare services, respond to medical concerns and emergencies, and communicate changes in condition to appropriate parties.
- Conduct resident health and wellness assessments and assist with resident evaluations and service plan development.
- Oversee medication administration, including medication orders, refills, deliveries, physician orders, and Medication Administration Record (MAR) audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary clinical liaison between residents, families, physicians, medical providers, and community leadership.
- Support resident move-ins, clinical transitions, and ongoing coordination of healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate resident health records, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Silverado policies, infection control standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Support follow-up activities related to falls, incidents, and changes in resident condition.
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately while providing direct resident care as needed and maintaining accountability for quality care outcomes.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Current, active RN or LPN license in the applicable state.

Previous experience in senior living, memory care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred.

Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets

$45 - $47 USD
