THE OPPORTUNITY

 Silvus is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement who will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of the International Sales organization. This role manages Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and drives sales processes, partner coordination, CRM workflow management, and cross-functional enablement initiatives to ensure the sales team can execute at the highest level.

The Director of Sales Enablement will work closely with the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development, Territory Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, Support team, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless customer engagement, pipeline management, and execution of strategic sales initiatives.  This position blends strategic planning, operational execution, team support, and process optimization to enable revenue growth and operational excellence across all international markets.

This position reports to the Senior Director of International Sales and is a 100% remote position.  Candidates must be based in Europe to be eligible for remote work.

 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Enablement & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and refine sales processes to increase productivity, improve conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Manage inbound lead triage process: assess relevance, capture requirements in CRM, determine customer status (existing or new), coordinate handover to the appropriate Sales Director or technical resource, and track through completion.
  • Support sales team to ensure timely opportunity status updates to maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), ensuring they are equipped to perform at a high level.

Partner, Channel & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate with partners and distributors on joint marketing and CONNECT Event activities, ensuring alignment of roles and responsibilities.
  • Assess trade show and marketing event opportunities for strategic fit; collaborate with Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, Support team, and Marketing group to plan and execute participation.

Reporting & Business Reviews

  • Collect and analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials.
  • Compile and submit monthly Good/Bad/Other (G/B/O) reports to leadership.

Information & Knowledge Management

  • Use Confluence as the central repository to create, maintain, and organize repeatable process templates, sales resources, and key announcements; ensure clear navigation, accurate content, and effective document/version control.

Meetings & Coordination

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas; record minutes and action items; track completion to ensure accountability.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent national qualification; high school diploma or GED) plus minimum 5 years of relevant sales, operations, or business development experience in a technology-related field.
  • Proven track record in sales enablement, inside sales management, or sales operations.
  • Experience in military, defense, or public safety sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, process design, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities - Direct to include a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
  • Travel Requirement - up to 25% travel for customer engagements, trade shows, and team coordination.
  • Must be based in Europe.

 PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of MANET ecosystems, competitive landscape, and customer mission needs.
  • Experience with CRM administration (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Previous program or event management experience in complex sales environments.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Office environment.
  • Trade shows.
  • Outdoor environment for occasional field demonstrations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
  • Lift equipment up to 20lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing.
  • Extended periods of sitting.

NOTE - Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 USD / annual base salary plus commission. OTE potential: up to $250,000

COMPENSATION

The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

US Pay Range

$100,000 - $250,000 USD
