THE OPPORTUNITY
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator position reports to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Supervisor on the Finance team. The successful individual in this role will provide accounting and administrative support to the finance department.
This position is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and maintain customer information. This includes keeping mailing lists, contact details, and customer information up-to-date and in order.
- Prepare invoices from shipping details and sales orders based on customer terms from the CRM system and purchase orders, and issue invoices to customers.
- Prepare other customer invoices as necessary (for deposits, services, etc.).
- Accurately enter invoices in the accounting system on a daily basis.
- Apply cash received to invoices based on remittance advice and related information.
- Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices that are past due.
- Send monthly statements to customers.
- Obtain approvals and accurate general ledger coding for all invoices.
- Perform month-end accounting responsibilities related to revenue and accounts receivable, such as the posting of journal entries and the preparation of account reconciliations.
- Maintain positive relationships with customer representatives.
- Work with the Sales Administration team to resolve customer questions about orders, deposits, shipments, invoices, etc.
- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must have at least one year of account receivable experience.
- Highly Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Internet skills, including the use of emails, group messaging, and data collection.
- Proficiency in numeracy.

COMPENSATION
The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
CA Pay Range
$24 - $26 USD
