THE OPPORTUNITY

Silvus is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager, Domestic who will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of the Sales organization. This role manages the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and drives sales processes, partner coordination, CRM workflow management, and cross-functional enablement initiatives to ensure the sales team can execute at the highest level.

The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with the Senior Director of Sales, USA, Territory Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, Support team, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless customer engagement, pipeline management, and execution of strategic sales initiatives.  This position blends strategic planning, operational execution, team support, and process optimization to enable revenue growth and operational excellence across all US markets.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales, USA and is a 100% remote position.  Candidates must be based in the continental US to be eligible for remote work.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Enablement & Strategy

    • Collaborate with Sales Directors and ISRs to refine and optimize workflows, boosting productivity, increasing win rates, and accelerating the sales cycle.
    • Identify gaps and friction points in sales execution; lead initiatives to close them.
    • Provide process guidance, coaching, and reinforcement to strengthen team effectiveness.
    • Ensure the team has the tools, templates, and data needed to operate at peak efficiency.

ISR Management

    • Lead and manage the ISR team within Domestic Sales, ensuring alignment with priorities, process adherence, and operational consistency.
    • Mentor and coach ISRs to drive performance, responsiveness, and accuracy.
    • Monitor ISR performance metrics (response time, quote accuracy, backlog) and implement targeted improvements.
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for ISR-related challenges and issues.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

    • Own the sales operations rhythm: prepare agendas, track action items, and drive accountability in recurring meetings.
    • Maintain CRM discipline (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring pipelines, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs are accurate and up to date.
    • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for MBRs, QBRs, and leadership reviews.
    • Track operational and sales trends; deliver actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and tools.

Integration & Coordination

    • Align ISR and Sales Director activities across Domestic Sales verticals (DoD, Unmanned Systems, Public Safety/LE), surfacing overlaps, conflicts, or resource gaps.
    • Liaise with finance, legal, marketing, and partner teams to ensure cross- functional alignment.
    • Manage inbound requests and triage priorities to keep leadership focused on high-impact activities.

Events & Meetings Support

    • Maintain and coordinate the U.S. trade show and events calendar in partnership with the Senior Director, ensure proper sales representation, readiness, and alignment with key priorities.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, track minutes and action items, and ensure accountability.

Knowledge Management

    • Build and maintain centralized sales resources, playbooks, SOPs, templates, and documentation for the Domestic Sales team.
    • Drive continuous process improvement and ensure consistent, repeatable execution across the team.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED plus minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, operations, or business strategy, with direct experience managing inside sales or similar teams.
  • Proven success in process optimization, sales performance tracking, and operational execution.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Travel Requirement - up to 25% travel for customer engagements, trade shows, and team coordination.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in defense, unmanned systems, or public safety markets.
  • Experience with CRM administration (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho or similar).

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Office environment.
  • Trade shows.
  • Outdoor environment for occasional field demonstrations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
    • Lift equipment up to 20lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing.
    • Extended periods of sitting.

COMPENSATION

The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

US Pay Range

$105,000 - $145,000 USD
