THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is currently seeking a Sales Administrator I to assist the sales team by managing the inbox and responding to customer inquiries. The administrator will also provide post-sales support, which includes handling orders, receiving and confirming them, setting up accounts, and inputting sales orders and client information into our CRM.
This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager. This position is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days on-site per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support with managing individual team’s inbox to ensure timely response to inquiries.
- Receive, process, and confirm customer purchase orders.
- Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the CRM system.
- Collect and verify detailed end-user information for each order.
- Handle FCC Authorization Forms for US-based orders.
- Partner with Senior Sales Administrators to manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Serve as a liaison among various departments, including finance, shipping, and supply chain.
- Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their orders.
- Manage customer requests for order modifications or cancellations.
- Escalate high-priority tasks to senior staff with analysis and recommended actions.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc task assigned by leads/managers to support the team as necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting a sales team in a tech-related or manufacturing field.
- Basic experience or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for managing and tracking customer and sales data.
- Proficiency in numeracy.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, experiencing multiple deadlines.
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Gmail or Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
- All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug testing.

COMPENSATION
The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
CA Pay Range
$25 - $26 USD
