We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist (Maternity Leave Replacement)

This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact as you'll ensure and maintain a well-organized work environment and create the best experience for our employees.
You will plan and execute employee engagement activities, team gatherings and events, happy hours, and more. Be responsible for employee life cycle events and participate in all employee touch points. 

So, what will you be doing all day? 

  • Oversee the employee journey, addressing both professional and personal aspects to ensure a well-rounded and fulfilling experience.
  • Manage and execute company events end-to-end, from conceptualization to realization - including celebrations, holidays, swag, gift distribution, workshops, welfare initiatives, and CSR activities.
  • Maintain and enhance existing internal infrastructures while optimizing all employee-related processes, including organizing team events,celebrating milestones, birthdays, and personal occasions.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and employees to lead, inspire, and ensure the seamless integration of employee experience initiatives into the organizational framework.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tel Aviv employees—providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive day-to-day experience.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics and administrative needs that help drive various initiatives and projects, enhancing engagement and organizational culture.
  • Provide administrative support to Similarweb CTO by managing his calendar and assisting with administrative coordination to ensure things run efficiently.
  • Provide support at the reception area as needed, ensuring a warm, professional, and well-organized welcome experience.

The ideal candidate should have: 

  • 2 years of relevant experience as an employee experience specialist / previous experience in production companies.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic.
  • Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Great communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office.
  • English- high level.

** This role requires working from the office 5 days a week **
