We’re looking for an HRBP & Employee Experience Lead to support our offices in Prague (and Kyiv in the future)

This is a hands-on HR role focused on driving employee experience, supporting HR programs, and managing the day-to-day life of our Prague office. You’ll report to the VP of HR and work closely with our Global Employee Experience team. You’ll be joining a people-driven organization where HR is deeply integrated into how we work. You’ll have real ownership over employee experience, local HR operations, and the culture we build in our growing Prague hub. You’ll be part of a global team that truly cares about creating the best workplace for everyone.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Employee Support & Communication: Act as the primary HR contact for employee queries, onboarding, relocation, and general administrative assistance, ensuring a smooth and supportive employee experience.

  • HR Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, merit cycles, and employee surveys.

  • Office & Administrative Oversight: Own the day-to-day operations of the Prague office – managing supplies, events, lunches, and office-related budgets.
  • Change Management & Policy Development: Support local change initiatives, create HR documentation (policies, handbooks, benefit guides), and drive adoption.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities that help shape a strong, people-first culture.

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • 3+ years of experience in HRBP, employee experience, HR specialist roles

  • Strong understanding of Czech labor law

  • High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Positive, service-oriented and solutions-driven mindset

  • Fluency in English and Czech

  • Hands-on approach – willing to get things done at every level
