We’re looking for an HR & Employee Experience Specialist to support our Prague office
This is a hands-on, people-facing role where you’ll help shape the day-to-day employee experience and office operations. You’ll support HR processes, manage the office environment, and be a key part of building our culture in Prague. You'll report to the VP of HR and work closely with our Global Employee Experience team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of HR, employee support, events and operational tasks—and wants to be part of a growing, international company.
What you’ll do:

Employee Support & Communication: Be the first point of contact for employee questions, relocations, and general admin needs—ensuring a positive and helpful experience.

HR Lifecycle Coordination: Support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and employee surveys.
- Office & Administrative Oversight: Own the day-to-day operations of the Prague office – supplies, lunches, events, and vendor communication. Keep the space running smoothly and feeling great.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Help organize team events, activities, and wellness initiatives to build a connected and positive workplace.

Documentation & Coordination: Assist in preparing HR documents such as benefit overviews, internal guides, and local policies.
What will you bring to the team?

3+ years of experience in HR support, employee experience, office management or HR coordination roles

Knowledge of Czech labor law and employee-facing processes
-
Great organizational skills and attention to detail

Warm, service-oriented approach and a positive, can-do attitude

Fluent English and Czech

Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
