Work alongside Similarwebbers from around the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and genuinely good people.

We’re seeking a Solution Architect to join our Go-to-Market organization, reporting to the Team Manager of Solutions Architects and based in Burlington, MA.

We’re looking for a strategic, client-facing professional who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to some of the largest enterprises in North America, helping them translate digital intelligence into measurable business impact. You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and senior client stakeholders to design and operationalize solutions that align Similarweb’s unique data assets with real-world business objectives.

As a Solution Architect at Similarweb you will:

  • Partner with Sales and Account teams to drive new business, expansion, and long-term strategic growth across key industries including Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, and Financial Services.
  • Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand client objectives, pain points, workflows, and technical environments.
  • Translate business requirements into clear data strategies, solution designs, and integration blueprints.
  • Deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations, workshops, custom analyses, and live product demonstrations that showcase differentiated value.
  • Design scalable solutions leveraging APIs, data feeds, consulting engagements, or hybrid delivery models to ensure seamless integration into client ecosystems.
  • Act as the bridge between client needs and internal teams, providing structured feedback to Product and R&D to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Develop industry-specific expertise and reusable GTM assets to position Similarweb as a strategic thought partner—not just a data provider.

You will be responsible for:

  • Pre-Sales & Revenue Acceleration: As a product and data expert, you will own the value-based sales cycle from discovery to solution design, partnering with Sales on deal strategy, RFP responses, competitive positioning, and ROI-driven value articulation to increase win rates, expand deal size, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Solution Design & Integration Strategy: You will architect tailored data solutions aligned to client objectives and technical environments, advising on integration approaches, analytical methodologies, and delivery models while ensuring feasibility and long-term scalability.
  • Insight Generation & Storytelling: You will analyze Similarweb data to uncover actionable insights, transforming complex datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives through presentations, workshops, and written communication that drive confident decision-making.
  • Industry & GTM Enablement: You will build deep vertical expertise, contribute to strategic account planning and expansion initiatives, and create scalable assets including use-case frameworks, demo environments, and analytical playbooks to elevate overall GTM effectiveness.
  • Innovation & Product Feedback Loop: You will proactively identify emerging client needs and market opportunities, translating insights into structured feedback on new datasets, features, packaging, and positioning to strengthen product-market fit.

What you bring to Similarweb:

  • Industry & Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, analytics consulting, customer-facing roles at data/SaaS companies, or adjacent strategy/product roles with significant client interaction.
  • Data & Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of digital traffic data, market research, competitive intelligence, and online consumer behavior. Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and modern analytics environments is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Excellence: Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Experience leveraging AI tools or LLMs to enhance analysis and storytelling is a plus.
  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to revenue growth, competitive positioning, and executive-level business outcomes.
  • Communication & Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C-level audiences in both technical and strategic conversations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Marketing, Advisory Services, and Data teams, influencing without direct authority.
  • Mindset & Drive: A proactive, intellectually curious self-starter who operates autonomously, adapts quickly across industries and use cases, and builds trusted relationships through credibility and insight.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
