Enterprise Account Manager, Greater China

Singapore

At Similarweb, we are revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the digital world by revealing to them everything that happens online.

Our unique data and solutions empower thousands of customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies.

In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we continue to reach new heights! Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical and good people

Why is this role so important at Similarweb?

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Singapore-based Greater China team. This is a hunter-first role with a defined Book of Business and a set of Named Accounts -your mandate is to aggressively expand revenue within your portfolio by scaling spend across existing accounts and cross-selling Similarweb’s data products into new teams and buyer personas.

This is not a renewal manager role. You’ll be expected to identify, build, and close high-value expansion deals -selling Similarweb’s Market Intelligence platform and Data-as-a-Service products (including data feeds and custom data exports) to a diverse set of stakeholders: CMOs and digital marketing leaders, Data & Analytics teams, and Strategy & Competitive Intelligence functions.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Revenue Expansion & Cross-Sell

    • Own and grow a named Book of Business, with primary accountability for net new expansion ARR through upsell and cross-sell

    • Proactively identify and close opportunities to introduce Similarweb’s data products -including Data-as-a-Service offerings -to new buying centres within existing accounts

    • Build multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Strategy teams within each account, establishing Similarweb as a mission-critical intelligence layer across the organisation

    • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery through to commercial close, navigating large enterprise procurement processes with confidence

  • Commercial Storytelling & Business Cases

    • Translate platform data and digital insights into structured, executive-ready business cases that create urgency and justify investment

    • Develop repeatable frameworks for articulating the ROI of Similarweb’s data across different buyer personas - from CMO/CDO value narratives to data team use cases

    • Lead senior-level business reviews with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, connecting Similarweb metrics to client KPIs and mapping the path to expanded investment

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, consulting clients on how to measure business outcomes and use Similarweb data to hit their goals

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  • Minimum 5 years in a commercial role, with proven consistency and progression -at least 3 years in a single role or vertical

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English to work with our Greater China accounts

  • Demonstrated success in data sales within complex enterprise organisations

  • Track record of driving net new expansion or cross-sell revenue - not just managing renewals

  • Experience selling to multiple buyer personas within the same account, including both business and technical stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing and data intelligence landscape

The Profile We’re Looking For

  • Hunter mentality: you are energised by identifying and closing new opportunities, not waiting for inbound demand

  • Structured thinker who can take an ambiguous commercial situation and turn it into a clear, compelling narrative -whether that’s a business case, an executive deck, or a data-driven recommendation

  • Highly consultative approach: you dig into a client’s pain points and business model before proposing a solution, and you’re comfortable challenging assumptions at the C-suite level

  • Confident presenter with executive presence; you can hold a room of senior stakeholders and adapt your storytelling style to different audiences

  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and Sales leadership to win and grow accounts

  • Genuinely curious about how data and digital intelligence drive competitive advantage; you stay close to market trends and bring insight to every client conversation

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
