We're searching for a recent graduate with a BA or MBA who can take on real projects for the owner of multiple national service businesses. Not busywork. Not a shadowing tour. Actual work that requires clear thinking, clean writing, and follow-through.

You will own the projects that do not live in one department. You will turn a messy ask into a plan, get the right people moving, and bring back something he can use. You will keep confidential work confidential. You will not wait to be told every next step.

This role is for someone right out of school, or close to it, who already acts like an owner. If you need a script for every task, this is not your job.

What you will do
- Own special projects assigned from start to finish.
- Turn incomplete requests into a clear problem, a plan, and a decision-ready result.
- Write short briefs, decks, and updates people will actually read.
- Work across the business without hiding behind process.
- Flag risk early and finish what you start.
- Protect sensitive information.

What good looks like
- You can take a vague request and come back with a scoped plan the same week.
- People learn that you follow up and you close loops.
- Your writing is plain and useful.
- You need less direction over time, not more.

- You think clearly, and you can explain your thinking without fluff.
- You write well.
- You are calm with incomplete information.
- You do not need a big title to get work done.
- Internships, student leadership, casework, or real projects you ran yourself help.
