About the job

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join LORENZ GEENEN's team of four. Be part of the team managing all appointments and supporting our Managing Directors in all relevant topics. Be ready for new challenges, because you got the back of our Managing Directors and together with the entire team you'll be shaping the future of our company. Key Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of planning, coordinating, and managing all appointments for our three Managing Directors including the founder
  • Provide professional administrative support to the Managing Directors in their daily operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as travel booking and planning company parties
  • Work closely with various assistants and managers also within the Allianz group

Bring to the team

  • Experience with job-related tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, and calendar management such as Outlook and Google Workspace systems is essential
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize various topics and a independent and proactive working style with a confident appearance
  • Prior experience working in a tech environment or office management, and supporting senior executives or C-level management is a plus
  • Excellent professional communication, both in written and verbal, in German and Business English
