About the job

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Raveesh Ravi's Team. Be ready for new challenges, because you'll contribute to cutting-edge projects that shape the future of our company. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional Product Development Teams, Product Owners, and Business Units. Bringing your experience, innovative ideas, and creative thinking, you'll help the team develop outstanding digital products and services (API, mobile, and web). Your focus will be on delivering business value, creating seamless customer experiences, and ensuring exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to build and enhance APIs that integrate pricing, product, and insurance data with our website
• Gather, refine, and clearly document business and technical requirements to support successful implementation
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Analyze and map retail processes, translating them into structured, actionable requirements for the development team
• Support of API structures and data flows to effectively support troubleshooting, testing, and integration efforts

Bring to the team

• A curious, proactive, and investigative mindset, with a natural drive to understand how things work
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work
• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to translate insights into clear, thorough documentation
• Process-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
