Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Provider Recruitment Associate to support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations across our practice. This remote role reports to the VP of Business Strategy and Operations and partners closely with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting provider growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for SimpliFed with a primary focus on maternal health and lactation consultant certified providers, may include but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer negotiations and onboarding. 
  • Develop and maintain sustainable pipelines through proactive outreach to graduate, residency and fellowship programs, professional associations, and targeted talent communities. This includes creating pipelines of referrals from our current provider base.
  • While also supporting broader organization recruitment needs develop and maintain recruitment strategy to ensure we meet SimpliFed’s growing demand.  
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in accordance with DOL requirements.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with EEO and Workforce Commission standards.
  • Prepare reports, support audits, and assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and required workplace postings.
  • Assist with new provider credentialing documentation and collaborate with the RCM Manager and credentialing team on reviewing carrier contracts and fee schedules.
  • Maintain employee and provider insurance policy records, including tracking renewals and key deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience, women’s maternal health recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience in venture-backed health technology start-ups. This position must have start-up experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate asynchronously via slack and email, along with thriving in virtual meetings. 
  • Does not suffer in silence: willingness to give it a shot but then reach out for help as needed and not waiting too long.
  • Leans into items they are uncomfortable with, not avoid it.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aligned with SimpliFed’s mission.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing strategies including social platforms and proactive outreach. 
  • Experience supporting virtual teams or remote staff.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and healthcare/provider recruiting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year depending on experience
