About SimpliFed

SimpliFed is a virtual maternal health company providing evidence-based, judgment-free baby-feeding and pregnancy and postpartum support through virtual care. We support parents across feeding journeys—breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, and formula feeding—by meeting families where they are and prioritizing choice, mental health, and real-life practicality.

Our care model removes common barriers to maternal health by making expert support accessible during pregnancy, postpartum, and key transitions like returning to work. We partner with employers, health plans, and families to improve maternal health outcomes through inclusive, flexible care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our email, SMS, and website marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about building, optimizing, and analyzing marketing journeys that truly support moms and families.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, monitoring performance, and ensuring our website functions smoothly from a marketing perspective—including troubleshooting issues like broken links, 404s, and form flows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both marketing operations and analytics, who can move comfortably between tools, data, and execution and most importantly is ready to learn!

This role also requires someone deeply passionate about maternal health and motivated by making a real-world impact. You will bring a thoughtful, empathetic approach to communicating about pregnancy, postpartum, and infant feeding—understanding that these topics are both highly personal and clinically important. Success in this role requires a strong appreciation for evidence-based care, health equity, and the responsibility that comes with educating and engaging parents during a critical life stage. If you’re energized by using marketing to improve access, understanding, and outcomes for families, this role is for you.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
