 We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Product Manager supporting PLG Growth, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • Drive User Growth: Design and implement strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, leveraging data-driven insights and optimizing product features. 
  • Enhance User Experience: Develop onboarding experiences, reduce friction points, and implement features to increase product stickiness and user satisfaction, leading to higher retention rates. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather and analyze customer feedback, prioritize features that deliver the most value, and stay informed about 

Responsibilities

Growth Initiatives: 

  • Lead the development and implementation of growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives. 
  • Market Research and Analysis: 
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and identify areas for growth. 
    • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth optimization. 
  • Funnel Optimization: 
    • Oversee the entire funnel from user acquisition to customer retention and expansion. 
    • Conduct short-term experiments to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, thereby enhancing overall metrics. 
  • Collaboration with Product Engineering: 
    • Work closely with R&D software engineers to advance cloud-based data communication solutions. 
    • Stay informed about evolving SaaS technology trends and customer needs to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant. 
  • Customer-Centric Product Development: 
    • Bring the customer’s perspective into SaaS product development through open communication with enterprises, industry partners, and end-users. 
    • Generate innovative ideas to continuously enhance our product offerings. 
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: 
    • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap, sharing and communicating this vision with the team and stakeholders. 
    • Ensure alignment and understanding of the product strategy across all units. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
    • Work across various units to ensure everyone is on board with the product strategy. 
    • Facilitate understanding and collaboration among Marketing, Development, QA, Support, and Sales teams to support successful product launches. 
  • Customer Adoption and Go-To-Market Strategy: 
    • Prioritize customer adoption and develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. 
    • Equip Marketing, Development, QA, Support, and Sales teams with the necessary tools and support for successful product launches. 
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: 
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and optimize performance. 
    • Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features, user experience, and conversion funnels. 
  • Continuous Improvement: 
    • Drive continuous improvement through iteration, experimentation, and learning to maximize product growth and performance. 
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth hacking and product management. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a product manager in a B2B2C based company
  • 1-2 full product  
  • Proven experience in a product management or growth role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Knowledge of current SaaS technology trends and a customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
